hi doctor, my son ,he is 4years 7 months old.he had temp 40.7 c and while he was sleeping white frothy saliva was drooling out of his mouth last night.during the day he was continuously coughing.i have given him panadol and nurofen ,but iam worried about frothy saliva,is this significant to any other disease?
