Hi Dr 19 Days Before I Have Guym Infection Check

hi dr 19 days before i have guym infection check with docter my sugar level was 8.5 ac1 test show ...after that i change diet and start walk no medication now i have fastin 113 and after meal two hour 150 .... can i consider my self predibatic as i lose my weight 4 kg and sugar is droping down ?should i take medicin or just simply carry on please i need details reply
