Hi Dr , I Stop Taking Duphaston From 3months Ago

hi dr , i stop taking duphaston from 3months ago everything were normal i got period on time but now i have light pink spotting after period for 2 weeks and still continuing
is this due to duphaston but i stopped it from 3months whats happening now and will it go on its own? and how long it will last for
