hi dr i would like to know i felt on the15, i head my self very bad ti was standing up in the floor was wet i felt thamy head her i been trowing up,and now out nothing my urine is caming out when I'm sleeping by it selftsince i felt that mean that i tear or damage my bladder when i felt I'm very concern is only at night in i don't feeling nothing just when i get up I'm all wet can you help me with that ?
