Hi Dr, I'm Using This Cream Continuously 3 Years, But

hi dr, i'm using this cream continuously 3 years, but now before 4 months to start my neck side lithely affected the some allergies in minor ,, but i was stopped using this cream that cream then allergies reduced but my face increase dullness and not fairness some black dots and ect... i'm very fear my features ...so please this cream i'll dropped or leave it now ,,, what i doing sir,..
