Hi During My Ultrasound Today It Was Diagnosed That I

during my ultrasound today it was diagnosed that I have a fibroid in fundal region of uterus.
and there is follicle measuring almost 3cmx 3cm.
I m actually worried as it's end of my cycle still no onset of menstural flow
LH n FSH levels are normal
U think can it be any ectopic pregnancy?
I didn't do home pregnancy test neither beta HCG.
what is Ur recommendation?
