Hi Earlier Today I Banged My Wrist. As Soon As

hi earlier today I banged my wrist. as soon as this happened the vein running from my wrist to my palm swelled up and it felt as though it was burning. the bone in my wrist swelled also. I have just looked at it again and the bone seems to feel larger than on the other wrisy and also there is a lot of bruising where my vein is and it is also larger than the other hand. its not majorly painful now but is still quite tender. could you give me any idea as to what I may have done? thankyou
