Hi For Last Few Weeks Ive Noticed That If I

hi for last few weeks ive noticed that if i go for pee i smell a sour smell i have concerns it comes from the poo area and this is without doing a poo ... sometimes when doing a poo i feel as if some is left behind inside can you give me some advice thanks
