Hi, For The Last 2 Months My Lips Have Turned

hi, for the last 2 months my lips have turned bluish. My blood pressure is down, my heart rate is up(yesterday my blood pressure was 83 and my hear rate was 155, I feel very tired and lately I get confused easily. I am on high blood pressure medication and I am on an anti depressant for the last 10 years. Please help.
