Hi, For The Last 6 Month Since My Operation On

hi, for the last 6 month since my operation on my nose, i sometimes (often) get a strong iron smell up my nose & some hint of blood when i sneeze. not sure what it could be, i had a broken nose a few years ago so my operation was to mend my nose back to its original shape. but now im having this issue. please do advise
