Hi For The Past 6 Months I Haven Had Trouble

hi for the past 6 months i haven had trouble swallowing my food. this does not happen all the time. it feels like after the first few bites swallowing gets real hard to the point that a very deep pain then comes from the top of my chest at the base of my neck. i thought maybe i was not chewing enough not the case as have tried when this sensation comes to take very small bites. I have tried to drink water thinking that it is stuck in my throat it is very hard to get it down and then feels like something is stuck there. sometimes i feel the bite slowly go all the way down the esophagus. slightly worried
