Hi Goodmorning......i Am Experiencing Period Again.... After My 1 Week

hi goodmorning......i am experiencing period again.... after my 1 week of my menstration period, and there's an unusual pain in my abdomen.... i'd go on an ob and do the ultrasound method and the impression said that..... normal size anteverved uterus with thickened endometrium..(i am curious about this one.. since she gave me tranexamic acid and mefanamic acid to stop the unusual pain and bleeding...i've taken a pregnancy test before going there 3 days ago,and it says negative... but when i've checked the PT kit i've used 3 days ago... it shocked me to find out that the red line now there, is two....is there any possibility that i am experiencing miscarriage?? the bleeding is not stopping until now... i am taking those med for 2 days right now....)
it says also that i have a polycystic ovary on right side and the left is normal..... i just wanted to know the answer from you... if it is possibility that i am really pregnant ... or having a miscarriage right now..... thank you....
