Hi Have Been Sick For A While Since Like November

hi have been sick for a while since like November last year i hve some days were i wake up an i know i cant go do things cause ill b vomiting that day i have been to doctors alot and hospital they said i have a enlarged liver and spline i don't know how to stop the vomiting and its maily just belly acid
