Hi; Have Several Bites Of Some Sort, But Not Mosquito

hi; have several bites of some sort, but not mosquito bite. didn't feel a thing, or see anything. but have red swollen area on top of forearm about size of half dollar. another red swollen area on ankle about same size (quite painful but I'm guessing that's because of the swelling?). another smaller area under right jawline. took benedryl, and applied medic cream. wondering what else i should try for treatment
