Hi How Are You? I Have This Lump Under My

hi how are you? I have this lump under my chin, and it's very tender, it's also making my jaw very tense... I noticed it today at work. I'm wondering what it could possibly be? I went and got blood work on Wendsenday because I'm having symptoms of diabetes and I'm sure it has nothing to do with that but I'm worried it's something really severe, can you please help me out!!!
