Hi I Am 21 Years Old Male...i Smoked Cigarettes For

hi i am 21 years old male...i smoked cigarettes for a year....i have some throat problem...i recently had a scar in my mouth but it healed...i had difficulty in swallowing but now its better....i have a red dot down my throat inside...so i want to ask that should i consult a doctor or do any tests or not
