Hi I Am 22yrs Old, 2 Days Ago I Had

hi i am 22yrs old, 2 days ago i had an ultrasound. . this is the result. . there is a unilocular anechoic cystic structure msg. 3.1 x 2.9 x 2.7 cms. location : lateral - in the right ovary .

Impressions:
normal sized anteverted uterus w/ secretory phase endometrium, normal ovaries w/ physiologic cyst in the right
