hi, i am 24 years old and currently working as a sales lady in an electronic shop here in qatar. around 5 weeks back suddenly i started feeling pain in my lower back. i did not care for the first day but from second day itself it was too much painful that i needed t see the doctor. he took the x ray and suspected lumbar muscle sprain. he prescribed some medicine for ten days . during the time when i was taking medicine it was fine but after finishing the pain started again. so i needed to see doctor again. this time the mri of spine shows that i have lumbar disc herniation . he told me to get surgery as soon as possible. i am too much scared right now, i wanna know is the surgery necessary or what they fix in the surgery.. after surgery would i not feel the pain again
