Hi, I Am 25 Years Old Female.. I Have This

hi, i am 25 years old female.. i have this problem from last 3 months and now increasing so often ,, shivering hands n feet cold hands n feet numbness .. sometimes it feels that i don't have legs.. feels heavy while breathing.. some different kind of sensation . sweating hands and heaving problem in breathing .. i feel shy to share .. i think people will laugh .. they won't understand because now days m my personal life messed up.
