Hi, I Am 25 Years Old Weight 106, Height Not

hi, i am 25 years old weight 106, height not sure but my BMI is 39. my question is i have a dull pain under breast which make my heart bit so fast and very slow ive been having this pain for quit some time now it comes and go sometimes i would have to hold my breast until the pain subsides. any advice for me
