Hi, I Am 26 Year Old And Last 9 Years

hi, i am 26 year old and last 9 years we regular use eptoin 100mg tablet ,3 tablets one time i am full fine because we never move this disiase so what will do i am 100 % all right and we used tablets so i am sleep very heavy its not good and few months we know weakness my body. pls advice
