Hi. I Am 27 And Married For A Year And

hi.
i am 27 and married for a year and a half. I have been suffering from pcos for over 4 years. and now that i am trying to conceive i have tried everything. i also underwent a laproscopy in the month of november last year. i have been on clomipure 50, progynova 2mg thrice and also taken hmg 75 shots this month but no follicles seen. now my doctor has advised dronis for 40 days. i am not sure if this help. please advice.
