Hi I Am 27 Completed Had PCOD Problem From 15

hi i am 27 completed Had PCOD problem from 15 age doctor told after marr it will solve but I got married 25 till now I am having PCOD I don't have baby also my hubby worked as a sailor there is no chance of regular intercourse my hubby came Dec 16 then I went to Dr she suggested me MCBM 69 now also I don't have regular intercourse because my hubby not having mood to do that I don't know what to do he will move to sail on June before that I have to conceive kindly advise
