Hi I Am 27 Years Old And Have A Pain

hi i am 27 years old and have a pain in my neck and it is extremely tender when it is touched. i have my test results with my wbc count: 4,100/uL; rbc count: 4,200,000/uL; hemoglobin: 11.5g/dL; hematocit: 42%; platelets: 147,000/ uL; neutrophils: 71%; lymph: 18%; monocytes: 10% eosinophils: 1%; and basophils: 0%. could you possibly tell me whats wrong. anything would be helpful. thanks
