Hi I Am 28 Weeks Pregnant. I Had Excruciating Pain

hi i am 28 weeks pregnant. I had excruciating pain in my chest earlier today. All of a sudden i have numbness in my arm, pain in my right shoulder and neck, lightheaded, dizzy, walking makes me really dizzy, i cant get comfortable, and im nauseas, I wanted to know if these are common or if i should seek medical attention.
