Hi I Am 31 Year Old Male. I Have Anxiety

hi i am 31 year old male. i have Anxiety problem and negative thought problem from last five years. and i am taking medicine for the same from last one year (like Sulpitec, senspram plus, busprin and lonazep 0.5 mg. but still i am not feeling well. all time feeling depress and anxiety problem. after taking alcohol i feel better. can i use libotryp DS for the same problem. please guide
