Hi I Am 31 Years Old & I Have Diabetes

hi i am 31 years old & i have diabetes from last 2 years . i m so inregullar about chekup- & medicine. i m not taking seriously these disesas . 4 days ago i cheak my fast & P.P so it is fast report is 310 & p.p is 215. doctor suggest me diat & glimisave m1 tablet daliy only in afternoon does it work. i m so scare now about my report .
