hi, i am 32 weeks pregnant. i am currently having horrible lower back pain, braxton hicks contractions (which ive been having since i was 20 weeks. this is my third pregnancy), what feels like pressure near my cervix and i have had diarrhea for a week now. i have had spotting before and menstrual like cramps went to the er and was put on the monitor and baby was fine. should i be worried or contact my doctor?
