Hi I Am 34 Years Old Male Work For Myself

hi i am 34 years old male work for myself have recently started to quit drinking beer and smoking . i have ha alot of chest pain fatigue and not sure if i need to get checked out. don t have insurance so cost alot. had a sort of panic attack few nights back . ????
