hi, i am 40 yrs old, height-5 feet 9 inches, weight- 73 kg, the soft bone inside my nose became curved 4 yrs ago without any reason, feel no problem, my nose remain closed particularly at night before sleep, i have also problem of snoring. how can i get rid of these problems.
