Hi I Am 42 Years Old And I Think Im

hi i am 42 years old and i think im going through meopause, my periods have been a little on the heavy side and i usually go for 7 days, on the 1-5 days i go kinda heavy on the 6 day i stop bleeding then bleed on the 7 day and then it quits, well 2 weeks ago my period was the same exept afrer the 7th day i spotted for 5 days after and my breast have been itchy and i also have been more tired than usual is all this just part of menopause?
