Hi I Am 5 Months Pregnant And Still Smoking In

hi i am 5 months pregnant and still smoking in the last week i have felt like i can't breathe properly and i feel like i have mucus in my throat all the time also i coughed earlier and there was a small spec of blood in the mucus. what could this be down to?
