Hi, I Am 5 Weeks Pregnant, From 20th December Its

i am 5 weeks pregnant, from 20th December its started to spotting and bleeding with clots (up to 5days, until yesterday night - 24.12.2015).
We consulted doctor, Scan we could see only sac (21.12.2015) and suggested to do beta HCG test and results is not good. So, Doctor said there is no progress in the pregnancy. And prescribe 4 cytolog 200mg tablets(all at a time) to take via vaginal. i took the tablets
at yesterday night (10:30 PM, 24.12.2015). But, There is no bleeding until now. (7:30 am, 25.12.2015).
Please tell me, what i have to do? do i have to wait some more time?
