Hi I Am 50 Yr Male Runner, Just Had Routine

hi i am 50 yr male runner, just had routine TTE, an report says , trvial mitral reurgitation , dilated left atria, normal right ventri , normal wall motion , left venti caviti normal, left ventri hypertoph,noormal wall with est ejection fract 65%, aortic valve bicusp, , tricusp valve has tivial regurgitation , BP 122/75 Question:is dilated left atria problem ,, thankx
