Hi I Am 58 And I Am Over Weight I

hi i am 58 and i am over weight I ALSO TAKE METHADONE AT A CLINIC I was at 95 or about 4 yrs then I had a peakan throuh done it came back I had atoxic amount n my blood they started lowering my does to 55 for a few wks and did another peak it came back still toxic now of coursE they thought i was takng methadone off streets answer NO!! THEY LOWERD ME TO 40MG FEW WKS DID another and still toxic begged for another test they did and was going to lower me to 20 this past tuesday but i told them i rather hold off doseing aleast till friday morn they agreed friday they dd another test waiting for it now i ddnt dose friday ether so sat i took home 20 mg for sat and 20 for sun oh last tues they draw blood to ck my liver. tomorrow the liver test i hope will be back!! and maybe the peak test BOTTOM LINE I AM SCARED TO DEATH!! can you tell me whats wrong and what i should do!! god bless cindy
