Hi I Am 8 Weeks Pregnant With My First Baby,

i am 8 weeks pregnant with my first baby, i have history of GERD and i am suffering from hyper emesis gravidarum started 2 weeks back. i am throwing up everything i ate and i am vomiting even with coffee groud vommitus. the OB just told that it is normal but i know that it is something urgent to manage. i am so much worried with my condition and my baby's development. they asked me to do some lab test, wbc and rbc in my urine are high with mixed growth . they told me that i have uti and they prescribed me with zinnat. is it safe to take during first trimester? they gave me folic 5mgs and novidoxine only for vomiting.
