Hi, I Am A 42yr Old Female Who Experienced A

hi, i am a 42yr old female who experienced a partial molar pregnancy mid last year. I have not been on any contraception since Jan of this year and my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant. my periods have been normal with my last on the 24th June lasting for 3-4 days with my previous period which was on the 24th May also lasting between 3-4 days. on the 11th July I began bleeding very lightly pinkish, brownish even at times being bright red. Not enough bleeding to change sanitary pads throughout the day just staining the pad and upon wiping. my concern is that I am still lightly bleeding upon wiping sometimes bright red to light pink. we desperately want to be pregnant and want to know if i am or if my period has come very early. thanks
