Hi I Am A 51 Yr.old Female With Pain In

hi i am a 51 yr.old female with pain in my lower arms and legs and feet ,it's more like cramping. and this came on recently , within the past week. i have all the normal back problems and double knee replacement but this cramping only happens when i am at rest
