Hi I Am A 52 Year Old Female With A

hi i am a 52 year old female with a history of inflammatory disease or connective tissue disease as diagnosed in my 20 s and placed on plaquinal sorry about the spelling, and i have been on celebrex and now meloxicam,i went to a rhumatologist 6 months ago after being advised that my rash that is autoimmune in nature i have had for 3 years now could benefit from plaquinal (antimalarial ) medication. He wrote a report for my money saying exactly what i had told him, but he refused to prescribe the medication and didn't want to see me again i am getting worse with functional ability and not sure if i should see him again. I get cold hands and every night my hands are stck in position and i have arthritis in most every joint including my hands and shoulders. What do you think.
