Hi I Am Applying For A Poultry Farm Worker And

hi i am applying for a poultry farm worker and one of the requirement is to have chest xray and urinalysis. So i had my chest x-rayed and now i am worried because the report says " suspicious densities are noted in the upper lobes. Heart and the rest of the chect structures are unremarkable. hope you will enlighten me with this matter. thanks
