Hi I Am Currently On Holiday In Greece And Have

hi i am currently on holiday in Greece And have been bitten on my ankle which has resulted in my ankle, a little way up my leg and foot being swollen. I dont know what i have been bitten by but the bite looks similar in appearance to a burn/ blister and is very hard to touch. When i move my foot The bite and surrounding area goes white.
It is itchy/ tingly.
I have some cream which i got from the pharmacy.
Any suggestions on what this may be or if
I need to do anything.
