Hi, I Am Doing Ceramometal Bridge For My Patient For

hi,
i am doing ceramometal bridge for my patient for tooth 26 .Abutments i used are vital tooth.I did tooth preparation and placed temporary for him but 1 day later the patient complained of pain on left eye and left jaw while sleeping.
i feel the abutment tooth is ireversible pulpitis now and i am not sure whether to cement my bridge on such tooth or no
