Hi , I Am Facing Loose Motion Problem From Last

i am facing loose motion problem from last two three months i have done sonography result is generalised increased in hepatic echotexture and treatement started with doctor given sompral L ,IBSCIM , vibact BS , i have used this medicine for month but till result is not good letter i have did CBC and t3,t4 and tsc all results are normal
