hi i am feeling in my tail bone area when i am sitting and when i try to stand. i remember it started when i started to doing squats exercise few months ago. it stopped few months ago and now it come back strong. is it because of my poor diet (not taking proper diet just a cup of coffee, one flat bread plus little stuff, ) or something else.
