Hi I Am Fourty Five And For The Past Three

hi i am fourty five and for the past three months i had prob with my preiod sometimes i get sometimes i have it for three weeks when i eat my stomach bloats out and i have bad cramping and pressure in the pelvic area that makes me want to push anything i eat goes right through me anything i have a lump on my left side close to my pelvic when i lay down its gone when i stand up you can see it you push on it hurts
