Hi I Am Itching Since Last Night....went Awayduring The Day

hi i am itching since last night....went awayduring the day but now itching again....checked online and am worried that i have scabies....i have not been sexually active in awhile....how did i get it?
i started physical therapy two weeks ago could i possibly have picked it up there?
