Hi I Am Not A Heavy Drinker But The Other

hi i am not a heavy drinker but the other night i binge drank for the first time in about a year. Other than two nights ago, i maybe drink 2 days out of the month, if that, and very lightly. Today (two days later) i have had severe diarrhea and after looking, i can see a yellow mucus (very heavy) engulfing my excrete. The thing is, this didnt happen the night i drank or even the day after. It happened today (two days later) after i engaged in heavy exercise. As soon as i finished working out i had severe stomach pain and have been using the bathroom about every 30 minutes
