Hi I Am On Warfarin Been I Been On It

hi i am on warfarin been i been on it since Sept 21,2016 i started off on 7.5mg ..my nose and gums started to bleed bad i told the doctors the problem. INSTEAD of reducing the dosage he continued to allow to stay on 7.5mg. My blood count dropped a month later to 1.5 ..so he increased my dosage to 10mg....i have been telling doctor on every visit i am bleeding alot more then when 7.5 mg dosage was given to me. he tells me to see a dentist but the bleeding didnt start til i started to the medicine. i get headaches ,feeling light headedness...blurred vision,the feeling of something crawling on me ...do dosage suppose to be reduced or something?My only had me to stop the dosage for one night...
