Hi I Am Pregnant . Pregnancy Is Off 8 Weeks.

i am pregnant . pregnancy is off 8 weeks.
i have swere vomitimg and zero intake.
due to which dehydrating. got infusion of ringer lectatae but it sustained two days only.
taking tables envepe(doxyamine succinate twice a day and gravinate as well but no positive results.
please advise
