Hi I Am Sai I Have A Problem Of Whiteness

hi i am sai i have a problem of whiteness in the scalp leading to dandruff and hair fall .also i have a problem of scalp itching and redness.my hair is thin and hair roots are weak.i am using metrex 5,dipsalic ointment and protar k shampoofrom the last one week.dandruff is removed but hair fall increases.what can i do.suggest me.
